Academics

  • Citrus High School is a credit recovery school.  For a variety of reasons, students find themselves behind in school and would not be able to complete high school at their present pace.  Students enrolled with us have the opportunity to earn credits at an accelerated rate compared to a traditional high school. We offer six quarters each academics year.  Since each quarter is the equivalent of a 9 week course, students can complete a year and a half of high school in a single year with us.

    All the classes at Citrus follow district guidelines and are delivered at an accelerated pace.  We also off a number of interesting electives, ROP classes, work study and an excellent career program.  Please look for more information in each departments section of the web page
